"A picture is a worth a thousand words" is a bold proclamation the Edmond Sun photography staff clings to in our daily work. Every day our photographers embark on a treasure hunt, scouring the Edmond community hoping to find compelling images that tell the story of our town.This year, we shot national news events from the 67th Senior PGA Golf Championship to rebuilding efforts in hurrican-revaged Louisiana.But, most days we are out in the community capturing every day life in Edmond from state championship games to structure fires to children playing in the park.
